OUR TRAINING PLANS ARE NOT CONVENTIONAL

FWF was born from the understanding that people are different and have diverse health and fitness goals. No, our training plans are not conventional, but neither are you. Our training techniques live in the intersection between science, practice and aspiration. It’s a big claim, right? That’s why we work very hard to keep up to date and invest massively in education and specialisation.

ONLINE, IN-PERSON & HYBRID TRAINING SESSIONS TO SUIT ALL FITNESS LEVELS

POWER HALF HOUR 20 

20 x 30-minute sessions. Do it online, in-person, or mix it up with a hybrid of both. Starting from £35 per session or £700 for the full course.

DOUBLE THE FUN 20

20 x 60-minute sessions. Do it online, in-person, or mix it up with a hybrid of both. Starting from £50 per session or £1000 for the full course.

At FwF, we’re not looking to profit from people who take their health and fitness seriously but might not be able to afford an expensive personal trainer. Whether you have physical or mental limitations, we’re here to help you achieve more than you think is possible.
