FLEXIBLE PERSONAL TRAINING PLANS

Our flexible plans include a complimentary starter package worth £400. This is a unique feature that will assist you in having a better understanding of what fitness can and will do for you.


What’s included?

  • Initial and final assessment & measurements (physical* and performance**)

  • Nutrition and supplements plan tailored to your needs (inc. revisions)

  • Foundation sessions – learn the proper form and technique for the “Big 4 (+)”† plus core engagement, warm-up and stretching routines.

  • Training plan – complement and speed up your results by exercising on your own in your favourite environment. Monthly revisions included.

* Body composition: body fat percentage, fat-free mass, ideal weight, basal metabolic rate, range of motion of main joints, flexibility.
** Performance: VO2Max, 1RM.

† Barbell Back Squat, Barbell Deadlift, Chest Press and Overhead Press. Plus Pull-ups (we will show you how and the way to get there).

20 x 30-minute sessions. Do it online, in-person, or mix it up with a hybrid of both. Starting from £35 per session or £700 for the full course.

DOUBLE THE FUN 20

20 x 60-minute sessions. Do it online, in-person, or mix it up with a hybrid of both. Starting from £50 per session or £1000 for the full course.

POWER HALF HOUR 10

10 x 30-minute sessions. Do it online, in-person, or mix it up with a hybrid of both. Starting from £37.50 per session or £375 for the full course.

DOUBLE THE FUN 10

10 x 60-minute sessions. Do it online, in-person, or mix it up with a hybrid of both. Starting from £55 per session or £550 for the full course.
