Our specialist performance plan is for athletes looking to take their training to the next level, or for anyone training for a particular event with a specific goal in mind. This session will be highly focused (beyond basic personal training) and will push you far beyond the range of average physical health. We will discuss your specific goals and training needs as part of your initial consultation. This service is included with our Power Half Hour and Double the Fun 10 & 20 plans and is available as a 30-minute or 1-hour session.
We have deliberately created a flexible booking and cancellation policy. Our sessions do not take place at set times and/or on set days so we're happy to work around your schedule. Simply contact Fabio to book your sessions and a day and time will be set that works for both of you. We also understand that things happen and life gets in the way sometimes. While we would not encourage you to make a habit of cancelling your sessions (it can be a slippery slope!), you can cancel online sessions up to 1 hour before and in-person sessions can be cancelled up to 3 hours before. Don't worry, extenuating circumstances will be taken into account. We hope you'll find our booking and cancellation policy fair and easy to manage.
